Binder Law Offices

Jane Binder is a family law mediator and arbitrator in Minneapolis who has practiced since 1983. She helps parties resolve divorce, child custody, spousal maintenance, and property division disputes outside of court. Her approach focuses on cooperative solutions through alternative dispute resolution.

Jane has been named a Super Lawyer every year since 1996. She is a fellow in the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers and has twice received the "Lawyer of the Year" award for family law in the Twin Cities. She is admitted to practice before the U.S. Supreme Court.
