Attorney Peter M. Liss

Peter M. Liss is a criminal defense attorney in Vista, CA with more than 40 years in practice. A Berkeley Law graduate, he served as Assistant Supervising Public Defender before opening his own office in 1998.

Liss has tried over 100 jury trials involving DUI, domestic violence, drug charges, theft, sex offenses, and violent crime. He handles every case himself and keeps a 24-hour answering service.
