Spatz Law Firm

Russell A. Spatz leads the Spatz Law Firm, a Miami criminal defense and family law practice with over 40 years of trial experience. Before founding the firm, he served as Assistant State Attorney and Division Chief under Janet Reno in the Miami-Dade office.

Spatz also taught criminal law as an adjunct professor at St. Thomas University School of Law. The firm handles felonies, DUI, white collar crimes, domestic violence, divorce, and child custody throughout South Florida.
