Serious Eats is a food blog and recipe website known for its science-driven approach to home cooking. Founded by food critic Ed Levine in 2007, the site gained a loyal following through J. Kenji López-Alt's "The Food Lab" column. That column became a James Beard Award-winning cookbook.
