Altezza Travel has run Kilimanjaro expeditions and safaris from the Kilimanjaro region since 2014, with over 8,000 climbs behind it and a 98.5% summit success rate. All the main routes are offered, from Marangu to the Northern Circuit with Crater Camp.
Safaris reach Serengeti, Ngorongoro, Tarangire, Lake Manyara and Lake Natron in Land Cruisers with pop-up roofs, alongside day trips and helicopter flights around the mountain.
The World Travel Awards named the company Tanzania's Leading Tour Operator in 2024 and 2025. It holds B Corp and Travelife certification and employs more than 250 full-time local staff.
