Kelly Chang Rickert is a Pasadena family law attorney and Certified Family Law Specialist through the California Board of Legal Specialization. She founded her firm in 2005 and has practiced family law since 2000.

The firm handles divorce, child custody, spousal support, property division, prenuptial agreements, and adoptions — including stepparent, foster, and adult adoptions. Kelly also offers mediation and collaborative divorce services. She speaks Mandarin Chinese, Taiwanese, and French.
