First of all, wash the vegetables and chop them as you wish, trying to create different shapes. Dices, blocks or sticks.
Fry lightly the vegetable separately in order to achieve a toasted colour. Put the vegetables aside and prepare a pot for the prickle. The above described proportions are the standard proportions, but the prickle is a very personal preparations. There are people who like vinegar and prefer to add more vinegar, others like to put more oil (moderately) to confer stickiness to the prickle, or if you don’t like the marked taste of the clove, you can replace it with another spice. We encourage you all to try different combinations!
