Vegan Creative Cuisine: Bagels

You can stuff the bagels with countless combinations. We have filled our bagels with hummus, together with a vinaigrette of onion, tomato and parsley oil (main photography of the post). We also stuffed the bagels with lentils and boiled vegetables, as well as with fried leeks and aubergines accompanied with lettuce.
We encourage you all to prepare your own bagels and stuff them with creativity. This will be for sure one of your favorite recipes!
1. Heat the oven at 220ºC. Prepare a rolling pin and baking trays with sulphurized paper covered with a thin layer of oil. Prepare the seeds in a bowl where the bagels fit.
2. Mix the dough, the flour, the salt and the water in a bowl. Work the mixture until it starts to form a rigid dough. Put the resulting dough on a floured surface.
