Beach to Beacon Training Log Issue #4

Today was a long day. I woke up at 5 and did yet another 2 mile run with intervals of sprints. Afterwards I drank the last of my protein powder and left the house with a greek yogurt in my hand. Greek yogurt is great alternative to a normal yogurt – it has probiotics and twice the amount of protein than normal yogurt. Work seemed to fly by today working wicked hard (I’m from Maine, we can say wicked) today while picking up some new protein powder and multivitamins during my lunch. Stay tuned. I know it seems like a boring report today but that is what fitness is, consistent and sometimes boring but AWESOME!
