Activating the law of attraction with meditation

Meditation is a simple way to quieten down your mind and escape day to day living.  I mediatate daily for approx 10 mins, it’s an opportunity for me to bring my mind body and spirit together.  I find it really helps me keep in touch with my true self and it helps me become clear about what’s really important to me and I have noticed an exponential improvement in my goal achievement.  So today I wanted to share with you one of my favourite guided mediatations.  It’s called manifest 3 wishes and lasts about 9 mins.   It definitely has the power to not only activate the law of attraction but also amplify it.
