 I love fitness. I am a Brigham Young University Cougar and I’m planning to attend graduate school to achieve my Doctorate of Physical Therapy. I’m a personal trainer certified by the National Strength and Conditioning Association. I have and love training a variety of clients—from mothers looking to get in shape to elite athletes. My hobbies are studying exercise, nutrition, and health. I enjoy playing a variety of sports, learning, financial investing, going to church, and spending time with my wife.
