I'm young, I'm black, I'm average, I'm from the South . . .Oh, and I also happen to be gay. My blog focuses on my personal view of being an average, young, gay black dude in the south. I don't think of myself as the typical/stereotypical gay guy, so I often feel like an outcast amongst a group of outcasts. I'm not completely out of the closet, but out where it counts. Either way, it sucks at times to deal with aspects of this "lifestyle." Overall, I've learned a lot from being a closeted dude, but the process of being open has been a good learning experience.
