I am 53 years old and believe in positive aging. I obtained my Bachelor's Degree at the age of 50 and believe that lifelong learning is just one of the important keys to aging well. 

I write a health and wellness blog from a baby boomer's point of view.  Health and wellness are two of my favorite topics.  I believe in being proactive when it comes to my physical, mental, and emotional health. 

I enjoy researching, reading a variety of good books, and writing, and of course, exercise. 

I love a good laugh and I'm not afraid to laugh at life, or at myself. 

Life is good.
