- It is prohibited to publish any threatening, libelous, obscene, harassing or offensive materials.
- All information entered into OnToplist by a toplist owner is private to him/her.
- OnToplist may terminate service with or without cause at any time without notice.
- OnToplist may change the Terms of Service at any time without notice.
- You must have a valid e-mail address in order to validate your account.
- Any TopList that artificially inflates the total "clicks in" or "clicks out" for their website, will be removed from our system.
- Only incoming clicks (the "In" columns) influence your ranking.
- Inactive toplists will be removed from our system after 15 days
- Please report any violations of the TOS to the administrator.
