Term of Service:
  • It is prohibited to publish any threatening, libelous, obscene, harassing or offensive materials.
  • All information entered into OnToplist by a toplist owner is private to him/her.
  • OnToplist may terminate service with or without cause at any time without notice.
  • OnToplist may change the Terms of Service at any time without notice.
  • You must have a valid e-mail address in order to validate your account.
  • Any TopList that artificially inflates the total "clicks in" or "clicks out" for their website, will be removed from our system.
  • Only incoming clicks (the "In" columns) influence your ranking.
  • Inactive toplists will be removed from our system after 15 days
  • The "In today" and "Out today" columns (on your toplist) will initialize to zero on a daily basis (1AM EST)
  • The "In" and "Out" columns will initialize to zero every two weeks
  • The "In total" and "Out total" columns do not reset.
  • Please report any violations of the TOS to the webmaster.
