Volkswagen has revealed the Beetle Fender Edition, which will debut at the upcoming Leipzig International Auto Show. The exterior is distinguished by 18” ‘Disc’ alloy wheels, chrome Fender logos, bi-xenon headlights and Deep Black Metallic paintwork. But the interior is where the brand tie-in is most obvious. The dashboard is painted in a striking ‘Sunburst’ design that mimics Fender’s guitars, and it’s complemented by contrast stitching on the seats. Also included is a Fender Premium Audi System that features a ten-channel, 400 watt amplifier and nine speakers. Pricing has yet to be announced, but Volkswagen has confirmed that the Beetle Fender Edition will go on sale in both Europe and North America before the end of 2012.
