With classes with names like Fabulously Firm, Kick Ass Cardio and my fave, Booty Beat, I could hardly wait to try Flirty Girl Fitness. Flirty Girl Fitness is a great way to workout at your convenience and TRUST me, it's a workout! I don't make/take the time to go to the gym to workout. I've got a lot on my plate and even if I could make it to the gym, a pricey gym membership is so not in our family budget. Besides that I have never been a fan of going to the gym. I prefer to work out in the comfort of my home and that's one of the reasons I love Flirty Girl Fitness. The price and convenience are a win-win for this fab mommy! One click and I could see what classes the instructor was certified to teach, a brief of their experience and one of their favorite quotes. After browsing through a few instructor profiles, I found an instructor who taught one of the classes I wanted to try and then clicked on her class. After a few minutes of admit there is a perk to being able to pause a workout and come back to it later.
