I had to share these captions from Herceg Novi, Montenegro. The contrasts are undeniable. Some of the buildings date back to the 1380's, but local artists and taggers have sporadically befouled history throughout the city. Not sure what I think about it, but it did catch my attention. It's slightly sad, and a little bit beautiful.
