You will need:500 g pie crust,500 g of cheese,400 ml sour cream,1 tablespoon sesame seeds,2 eggs,4 tablespoons of oil.For the topping:2 eggs,4 tablespoons wheat groats,150 ml of milk,150 ml of oil,1 baking powder.Preparation:In a bowl mix the cheese, sour cream, 2eggs, 4 tablespoons oil and sesameseeds.For the topping: In a bowl mix together 2eggs, grits, milk, oil andbaking powder.Crusts put on a worksurface and coated with sauce, fold the second crustand re-coat.In the same way put two more crusts, spread with cheese mixture, fold the ends inwardand twist the roll.Make rolls untilall the prepared materialis consumed.Arrange rolls ina greased baking sheet,spread the remaining sauce,sprinkle with sesame seeds and bakein preheated oven at 220 ⁰ C until golden brown.
