Pecanwatergirlmv says: Pecan (aka The Nut) was rescued from a shelter six years ago in Carmel, California. I got him the day after Thanksgiving and named him after the delicious pecan pie I had eaten on Turkey Day. He's a part-Bengal kitty who as a kitten rarely sat still long enough for me to take his photo. Thankfully he was super curious (and still is), so the camera intrigued him some of the time and I managed to get a few snaps. He loves water from the sink and sticks from the outside world and will come running to experience either one. Nowadays, Pecan has his own Facebook page and has become quite an expert at posing for photos in his grown up years. Check him out!
