Hi Bri, I am so sorry that this happened to you. I am afraid that the people who sent you the check will not be able to be found. They move too fast and cover their tracks very well. The FBI is already after them, but for two years no one has been caught. The best thing to do is go to your bank and explain what happened. and try to work something out with them. Many banks hold the deposit or check until it clears. Apparently yours did not do this. So you will be held responsible. Sorry that it is this way, but if you do not want your credit ruined you will need to work something out with your bank. Just remember that if something sounds to good to be true then it more than likely is too good to be true. I know that is late advice but I cannot stress the importance of it. Again, I am very sorry that you were taken by these scum. I sympathize with you and feel badly for you and all of the victims of these criminals. I wish there was a way to bring them to justice or at the least put a stop to them.
