NEW CICHLID and A BLUNDER! Part 1

If you have Read my Previous Posts, you will know I had 6 Salousi Cichlids in my Tank, 2 Male and 4 Females, these were my Original Cichlids! One of the Males was the Boss of my Tank (I had about 25 Fish in there), the other Male I called the "Underdog" they were Lovely Fish, but over the time, the Female's Changed from a Lovely Bright Orange to a Dirty Brown in Colour! I tried to find out the Cause, but as usual in Fish Keeping "Everybody tells you Differently" So I have come to the conclusion it Probably has to do with Them Finding Mates and Breeding! I came to this Answer after this Quite Long Story that has taken about 2 Months to Sort out! Anyway on 2nd November Last Year, 2 Days after my Birthday, Susan (My Wife) Brought me a Belated Present, it was a Large Pseudotropheus Ice Blue (Albino) Cichlid, he is a Lovely Fish! I put him in the Tank and Everything was Fine, I never see Him Bullying any Fish, just swimming around and Hiding up now and again, minding his own Business, He was the Largest Fish in the Tank, so I was keeping an eye on him, just in case! Then Exactly One Week later, One of the Female Salousi's Died suddenly, it had what looked like White Scabs on its side and head and Blood Streaks were Evident, it had appeared to have happened over night! I looked for Advice on the Internet, and came up with what looked like the Cause, it was Cichlid Hole-in-the-Head, I Quickly Ordered some "Octozin" Tablets, I did touch on this Last Post, so check that out! While awaiting the "Octozin" I had also noticed the other Salousi appeared to be ill, with the same Symptoms, so I moved all the Salousi to another Tank, and thoroughly Cleaned and did a Water Change on the Big Corner Tank! The Medication arrived the Next Day, so I began Treating all the Salousi at Once. After 3 Days of Treatment the Fish all Looked Fine, so I put the Male's back in the Big Tank, but Left the Females in the Medium Tank, then about a Week Later "The Boss" appeared to have a White Bulge over One of his Eyes! I thought it was the illness Cloudy/Pop Eye, the Cure for this is "Myxazin" so I moved "The Boss" to a Sick Tank and started him on the Treatment, the next day, it was "The Underdog's" turn, He had the same Eyes, so I moved him to the Sick Tank. So with all the Salousi Fish out of the Big Tank (in various other tanks), My Big Tank was having a Change, Who was going to be "The Boss" Moving the Salousi out, Proved to be a Big Mistake!
