The First Sangguniang Kabataan Congress was held in ComVal with the theme "Super Kabataan para sa Kalikasan" on February 11 - 12, 2012 at the Lorenzo Sarmiento Sr. National High School. Almost 1,000 youths from the eleven municipalities had a chance to get together and enhance their leadership skills as the second day event took place. The young leaders also launch "War on Waste Program" and the Search for Most Outstanding SK 2012. Governor Uy was very thankful for the dynamism and management the batch of youth showed in his administration. Uy was challenging everyone to serve their constituents honestly with huminity.
