Must hold a PhD in a relevant discipline. b. Must have a teaching/research experience of not less than twelve years. c. Must have published at least ten (10) peer reviewed articles in internationally recognized journals or ten (10) book chapters since last promotion OR d. At least three (3) internationally recognized books with a reputable publishing house(s). e. Must have supervised at least 4 Masters or two PhD students to completion f. Must have a good record of community service. g. Should demonstrate competence in supervising and developing other departmental staff. h. Must have teaching or research experience of at least three (3) years in a reputable academic/research institution. (Candidates who have obtained PhD need not have the experience). d.
