For this wholemeal cookies with chocolate and raisins is needed: 250 g of margarine, 100 g of sugar, 4 eggs, 180 g of chocolate, 150 g of raisins,a little cinnamon, 800 g wholemeal flour, 15 g of baking powder. Prepare wholemeal cookies as follows: Whisk butter and sugar. Add eggs, grated chocolate, cinnamon and chopped raisins. All combine and stir in flour and baking powder. Attenuate the dough to 5 mm, remove circles by glass and arrange cookies in the pan. Cookies bake in preheated oven at 180 ⁰ C for 20 minutes.
