I think I can speak for everyone when I say that our thoughts and prayers go out to Mickael Pietrus and we hope that he has a speedy recovery. I'm not sure what's going on with this team, but the serious injuries and medical conditions that the Celtics have had to deal with over the last year or so are just getting freaky at this point. UPDATE: Pietrus will not be admitted to the hospital. Chris Forsberg tweeted that Pietrus has been diagnosed with a concussion. He will still spend the night in Philadelphia and will be re-evaluated on Saturday, but the fact that the doctors feel that it isn't necessary for Pietrus to stay in the hospital under medical supervision is fantastic news.
