The Quincies invade Soul Society. Ugh shit... why did I have to draw the short straw on the list of named characters to be killed off. Summary: The Quincy appear out of pillars of light in Soul Society. Kira and the third division officers are the first the engage the enemy and they get owned. The Quincy Sternritters all emerge and get ready to wipe out the shinigamis as the Gotei 13 captains and officers move towards the enemy. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Chapter felt short, but it was short and to the point and was better than all the chapters about Kirge. The Quincies invade and Kira and company gets served up as fodder to show how powerful the invaders are. Kira was never that good to begin with though, so we'll see how the Sternritters fare against some of the better officers/captains in the Gotei 13. A lot of nameless shinigamis are going to die, but I wonder if Kira really got killed this time. Pretty much all of the named shinigamis survived the Arrancar/Aizen battle, but if Bleach are to kill off any of them, this invasion would be a good place to start. Looks the Gotei 13 will be on their own for a little while until Ichigo can finish Kirge and come back to help. From the feed of A Product of Wasted Time
