It’s wonderful to watch the Red Sox lose a game and think “Eh, I’ll take one out of four!” isn’t it? Don’t get me wrong, I wanted them to sweep.  I wanted them to come back to Boston undefeated on this road trip (and over .500) but I’ll take what we got. Especially after that ridiculous game on Saturday. (1-0?  I didn’t expect the bullpen to be able to pull off a 1-0 victory. Oh me of little faith!)  I mean, sure, it’s a little disappointing that after winning six games in a row they only gained a game in the standings, but I choose to look at the bigger picture, which is the team got it together with both their pitching and offense and came out looking like a good team. Sure it was the Twins and the White Sox but, guess what, they have to play the teams that aren’t so good too…and they have to beat them.  Which is what they did; which is why I’m a happy gal this morning.
