I made this project for my sister's birthday a few months ago, but the pictures weren't great so I hesitated to share this. But I haven't gotten too much crafting done and I do think the project is pretty cute, so I'm going with it...
I saw cute little martini glasses at the Dollar Store and then I wanted to customize them a little bit before I gave them to my sis for her apartment. Unfortunately I was pretty rushed on this project so the pictures are not good, but I figured I'd share because it was super-easy and totally free!
Hole punch reinforcer stickers
Dollar Store martini glasses
Armour Etch (glass etching cream) and Q-tips
Letters, washi tape for marking out patterns
Clean off the martini glasses and then to make the polka dots, I just applied the hole punch reinforcer stickers to the glasses.
And then I applied the Armour Etch with a Q-tip and let that sit...
I also made one for my sis that had her name on it. I had some scrapbook stickers so I applied those and then made a border of some washi tape (because that's what I had on hand) and I just applied the Armour Etch around those stickers, but within the tape square area.
You want to peel the stickers off after about 15 minutes...
