Um mm... I have always loved Indo-Chinese recipes. Of particular interest is the Gobi Manchurian. Gobi meaning Cauliflower. I learnt making Gobi Manchurian from my cousin who is a chef. I learnt this when I was studying MCA in Belgaum some 8 years back. The memories of that day when I learnt this dish are still fresh in my mind.
