I didn't watch Steins;Gate last year as it looked like a harem series. Well, I was not exactly wrong about that but Steins;Gate is much more than that. The story is intriguing and the main character is a Mad scientist!! What more can one ask for?! Story: (9/10) – Very Good Steins;Gate is set in the summer of 2010, approximately one year after the events that took place in Chaos;Head, in Akihabara. Steins;Gate is about a group of friends who have customized their microwave into a device that can send text messages to the past. As they perform different experiments, an organization named SERN, who has been doing their own research on time travel, tracks them down and now the characters have to find a way to avoid being captured by them. It's never easy to write a story about time travel as when one travels to the past and he will definitely attempt to change something and the future will be affected by that. It's not easy to explain that cause and effect but Steins;Gate has done it splendidly (and Reborn had failed spectacularly). Character: (9/10) – Very Good The characters are quite unique and the female characters are mostly not too irritating (only a few are). Favorite character: Okabe - Mad Scientist FTW!!
