It's time to change. Yes, I am writing my thoughts today, this is something different from the regular posts that I write about my experiments in kitchen. I want to write this post because this is something which is never noticed. Last week I was travelling to my home-town Goa. This was the first time that I travelled on spice-jet. There is no direct flight to Goa from Bangalore by spice-jet. I did not want to travel by Kingfisher either. So we decided to fly by the Spice-jet via from Bangalore to Goa via Mumbai. The journey from Bangalore to Mumbai was really good. We had to stay at the Mumbai airport for 4 hours. But we did not realise how the time flew by. We had lunch outside the airport at Balaji Pure Veg Restaurant.
