Sleep is an essential component of life, and comprises 1/3 of our entire being.  As the components of our days become increasingly hectic, sleep is becoming problematic with a record number of people.  With all of the stresses and stimulants in our environment, we are becoming primed to having poor sleep.  This lecture first discusses what sleep really is, and then talks about what can be done to improve it.
