About this Job: REPORTS TO: UNIVERSITY SECRETARY
Key Responsibilities:1. Manage the overall provision of Human Resource services and policies for the effective and efficient smooth running of the University.2. Coordinate the recruitment, selection, induction and placement of staff.3. Manager the pay-roll of staff4. Provide support to the line managers in5. Oversee the administration of theadministration of Human Resource plan and budget.6. Prepare a human resourcedevelopment plan.
Requirement: REQUIREMENTS (Minimum):1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource, Social Sciences, or Development Studies.2. A master’s degree in Human Resource or Public Administration is an added advantage.3. At least five (5) years experience in Handling Human resource affairs4. Practical computer skills5. Good communication skills
