See this is what's wrong with America today. I can sum it up in one word. All Americans are hypocrites. The very same people who hollered and yelled and cried that Obama's healthcare program is going to ruin the American way of life and destroy what U.S.A is all about - FREEDOM are the very same people who think that it is okay to be on welfare and receive checks from government even when they are better off and don't need welfare checks. Is she struggling to make ends meat or suffering, because she doesn't have money to buy groceries or find a place to live? Apparently, she is not or looks like one who is in need of immediate government help to just survive. This is what's wrong with the government. They come down on you real hard if you even left a penny of their tax payment, but when it comes to who gets what they blindly hand our hard earned money because someone simply asked for it. There is just too many fucking loop holes in our government and people take advantage of them. This is certainly one of them. Welfare program is setup for someone who is struggling financially and need some help until they get back on their feet. But as you can see, it is being abused left and right.Take me for instance, I am an average joe with disability(cripple) who has been working everyday for the last 12years making less than $40,000/year. My family and I live in a house that was built back in 1900 and drive a beat up car that I bought through a loan shark, because I can't get any car loan through legitimate banks due to my credit. So, with all the payments - car payments, mortgage payments, utilities payment, food, etc, I simply don't have any money left at all at the end of the month for anything else even health insurance for my family. I am the only one with a health insurance through my employer and I simply can't afford to get health insurance for my family. So, when my wife got really sick one time, I applied for medical assistance hoping to get some sort of assistance and I did. They even opened coverage for my sons automatically. So, I thought this should help me get by with my medical bills for awhile. Well, this year I got a raise not much ($1,000) to my salary which amounts to $55.00 more to my paycheck every month. I guess after they reviewed my current salary, they figure I can afford to get health insurance myself for my family now that I am making "MORE" money. So, they canceled our medical assistance at the worst time - my wife was supposed to go back to the doctor for treatment and now she can't unless I stop paying my mortgage company for 6 or 7 months. So, I can pay off our medical bills. Doesn't it stink? There are thousands if not millions of families like ourself making ends-meat and struggling with bills and mortgage payments. Meanwhile idiots like Amanda Clayton comes along sucking the welfare money out of tax-payers' pocket just because she feels entitled to it not because she no longer needs it. She is only one case in point. How sweet is that? Don't have to work, living in a million dollar home and receiving free money a month from government. Where do I sign up for that kind of lifestyle.These two cases are just drop in a bucket. There are probably millions of people abusing the welfare programs as you read this post. Even when the news media broke these stories to the public, government can't seem to do anything but say that they go by what they see on the documents when approving someone for welfare program even if they are falsified information. Gee, then maybe I should just quit my job and get on the welfare program if that's what it will take to live a carefree life like these two ladies.Don't count on the government to do the right thing, because they are only worried about their pocket, bank account, giving themselves a raise and collecting or ripping off hard-working Americans' money as in the way of tax only to give it away to low lives like these two women cheating the government. Why work or even attempt to look for a job, when the government is giving you free money every month as long as you are unemployed. This is why you don't want government sticking their nose into things they shouldn't be. When they do, even a honest person will turn into hypocrite like Amanda Clayton and the million dollar house woman.
