I could live the rest of my life extremely happy if I never saw Aaron Cook’s sliced up knee ever again.  So please, please stop sending me the link to look at a photo of it.  Thank you. I didn’t get to watch any of the game yesterday because I was out and about but I was able to check on the score so, needless to say, I wasn’t happy with Mr. Cook on paper.  But after seeing the knee and realizing he was pitching injured I give him a pass for the day.  Although I still maintain that he was a idiot for going back out there.  Pitchers kind of rely on their knees, you know?  Pitching with one sliced open like a grapefruit I’m sure is quite difficult. Losing sucks.  This losing streak sucks yet I really have to believe it’s eventually going to get better.  Let the Orioles make their hay now.  It’ll be interesting to see where they are sitting in September.
