The Center for the Polyurethanes Industry (CPI) of the American Chemistry Council (ACC) has launched a new program designed to help manufacturers, processors and other users of toluene diisocyanate (TDI) with calculating emissions to meet mandatory reporting obligations to the US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA).
