Believe Chuck Neinas if you must, as the interim Big 12 commissioner has stated that the conference is content with 10 members (http://articles.orlandosentinel.com/2012-05-30/sports/os-chuck-neinas-big-12-florida-state-20120530_1_expansion-and-realignment-fsu-officials-acc) and is not looking to add Florida State. As for me, I think this move (among others) is imminent.
