Browsing through my bookmarks (there are quite a lot), I stumbled on the following article on how to be more energetic during the day. Pretty interesting, I guess most people already try to follow the advice given in the article. Nevertheless, worth sharing. Energy Producing Habits:1. Deep Diaphragmatic Breathing. Do this exercise first thing in the morning and then at least 2 more times during the day. Anytime you find yourself waiting, use this to pass the time. Or if you feel sluggish, that i
