Potatoes ‘s peels in batter fried Ingredients: potato skins, oil for frying 150 grams of flour, 3 egg whites, 1 teaspoon baking powder, salt. Wash the potatoes, scratched with a brush, dry and remove the peel, leaving a little 'under the potato skin. To prepare the batter, sieve the flour, yeast and collect them in a bowl.
