I worry about my eyesight. One grandmother had macular degeneration and a grandfather had cataracts. Computer screens and New Mexico sunlight are other contributors. When I came across a site on how to keep your eyes healthy, I wanted to share it with you. This is from the National Institutes of Health, so they should know what they are talking about.
