Hey all! I have been hard at work on my BeadandButton Class submissions for the 2013 show. Believe it or not, I decided against submitting this exact design in a different color. I've tweaked it further to make it easier for a classroom setting. Having said that, I love this bangle! I thought that I should share this design in the latest color combination. My plans to have a nice and relaxing summer seem to have gone by the way-side. Here we are at the end of June and I'm begging for just one single weekend at home with no plans. Please! I will try to not complain too much because I am blessed to have such a full and prosperous life, but sometimes it all feels a little overwhelming. Wowza, the BeadandButton Show was a whirlwind this year. I taught my first class, which meant that I had my first table at Meet the Teachers. These were made with Fluorite wire, size 11 seed beads, and Czech pressed-glass ovals. Can you imagine them in endless color combinations featuring different sizes and styles of beads? Most of the projects in our new book Show Your Colors use less than 10 feet of beading wire in each color. The only designs that this is not really true for are the knitted projects.
