Report finds waste, mismanagement in Ottawa

The City of Ottawa's auditor general just released his report that exposes waste and mismanagement at city hall. His findings include the $6 million dollar cost of the transit strike that started in December 2008. The fact that not all ambulance calls result in someone being taken to the hospital. Countless other examples of poor management. The auditor general gave recommendations  to the city on how to improve the shortfalls but unfortunately his power is limited to paper.  No Debt R
