Training - hard

But not at karate.I'm off karate for the summer and enjoying it. There's always a thing in my mind saying : ok, go back and train, but not for now.So, my back is better. I recently started strengthening it with various exercices that I do every two days. The day following the exercices, everything's good.So, I'm running 30 minutes everyday or so and I'm feeling great.Up these days : -moving (we sold the house)-wedding in a month or so-trainingWe're busy!

I actually managed to train three times this week.I'm sore all over.I can't believe that time goes by so fast now. Kids maybe? I dunno why, but all of a sudden, the world got into a great big rush to get at the end of the day...Oh, and now, we wake up at 3:00am. Thanks to baby #2. ugh

You know,I read and read and read and read. People say that at shodan, you suddenly realize a lot of stuff, that you can go back and all sorts of things. That you need to go back in order to progress. That there is a "step" that must be done to progress.For me, I just like to train when I can. I just didn't think that having a second baby would cut my training time that much.Where is that satori moment that all these persons speak aboutFor me, there is nothing at all like this.I'll complete this

HEY!I am training hard and started to run.Right now, I'm running (jogging) 10Km in 1:05h. For me, it's a personal best, I never ran to begin with!:)GO KARATE GO! May 5th, a 2 day-training session with kancho and all dojo-mates. Should be lots of fun!
