It is that time of the year where bringing a coat or an umbrella is a must. The weather had been I would say, bipolar – one minute it’s so sunny and then suddenly it becomes a downpour. Now this came as a surprise… I sort of freaked out when I read a tweet about Brandon Boyd’s solo album. Yes, Incubus’ front man recently released his SOLO effort, The Wild Trapeze. The question is, is the band breaking up? Hell NO! Everyone’s from the band is enjoying the remaining months of their vacation as they go again in the studio to record a new album. I am downloading the album right now. Will write a review the minute I finished devouring on this new music :)

Just finished watching The Runaways. Dakota and Kristen really did one hell of a job playing Cherie Currie and Joan Jett. It was a bit bitin though. One minute the band's all rock and roll, in the middle of their tour, and I am starting to sort of be involved with the characters...and then boom, Cherie suddenly quits and goes back to her old life. I created an account at 8tracks this morning. I don’t really know what I’m gonna do with it, haha. Sort of created the account out of whim. So I am turning a year older in four days. I am broke, and I still don’t know how to inform my team mates about it. That I will not be able to treat them to lunch. Not this year. I am a bit embarrassed by the thought since every time someone from the group is celebrating his or her birthday, we (including me) would go to some restaurant and celebrate and eat. Most of the US TV Series are on hiatus since the start of June. From Glee, Gossip Girl, Smallville, The Big Bang Theory, etc. It has been a habit of mine to end my week watching the latest episodes of these shows. And since they’re all on a long break (long, meaning two to three months before the latest episode airs), I need to find a replacement to fill my weekend habit hole. Up Dharma Down will be playing at Vascos 74/7d Hai Ba Trung in Saigon, Vietnam on May 06. It’s funny how they are named here as a 4-piece live band. If having all of the albums of an artist or a band who rarely release their album in our country isn’t a sure sign that I am one of their biggest fan, then I don’t know what will. Yes, I do not download my Dashboard Confessional albums; I order and buy them from Nick of the band’s official store. I pay for it using my PayPal account or card and have it delivered here.
