The Israeli Prisons Service has released the list of Palestinian Prisoners that are to be released in exchange for Gilad Shalit, expected to be on Tuesday this week. The list of prisoners that will be released in exchange for Gilad Shalit has been published on the Israeli Prisons Service website. It includes over 450 murderers and terrorists that have been serving anything from a few years to multiple life sentences for their part in various terrorist bombings against Israel over the years.

After five years in captivity with no outside contact at all, finally a deal has been reached to release Gilad Shalit. The price is 1,027 Palestinian prisoners being held in Israeli prisons for crimes of terrorism and murder.
