College Football Dream Scenerio

Tonight I sat down and tried to make sense of the college football landscape.  That one sentence right there means that nothing I type here will ever happen!  This is based on my "common sense" and not on "dollars and sense."  So of course... it is a dream!  But, it was fun to dream.Here is how it works:  My system keeps the bowls and BCS System but mixes in a playoff.  It keeps one poll to determine seeds. In my dream system, we would have 4 Super 16-team conferenc
