Recently at the supermarket we decided to buy a four kilo piece of topside. The price would good, (around 30 dollars Australian), and when we took it home to cut up, we made seven meals. A Mix of stakes, diced, snitzels and diced.The quality was fantastic, and the price was about 60 percent of what we would have paid if we had bought the meat individually.
