INGREDIENTS1 cup Oats1 cup Dosa rice1/2 cup Urad dal1tsp Fenugreek seedsSalt to tasteOil.METHODSoak Urad dal, dosa rice and fenugreek seeds together for about 4-6 hours.Soak Oats just 5 minutes before grinding.Grind all these to a smooth batter adding enough water and leave the batter to ferment overnight.Before making dosa , add salt and mix well.Heat tava with little oil.
