More Evidence That Fighters Should Meditate Daily
Found a great article on Science Daily the other day: "Evidence Builds that Meditation Strengthens the Brain" Basically, researchers at UCLA did a study and found that meditation helps increase the amount of "cortical folding" in the brain. This cortical folding helps people process information much faster. Being able to quickly process information has all kinds of uses but of particular interest to fighters and martial artists is the ability to quickly process the fact that a fist is flying
